Privacy during the Tally pilot

Pre-launch notice: This operational draft must name the responsible legal entity and subprocessors and be reviewed by Australian privacy counsel before public launch.

Information you choose to send

The demo enquiry form accepts a work email, practice name, role and approximate team-size range. Do not include patient information, clinical information, provider credentials or other sensitive information.

How it is used

Enquiry details are used to respond, assess pilot suitability and coordinate onboarding. They are not sold or added to unrelated marketing lists.

Storage and retention

Enquiries are stored separately from customer application databases. The website removes enquiry records after 90 days unless an active business relationship or legal obligation requires a different period.

Public demo data

The sample dashboard uses synthetic people and figures. It does not connect to a customer Splose account, Xero account or Tally customer database.
