Compare billed hours, targets, utilisation, travel and leave without rebuilding a spreadsheet.
See who is away, where capacity is tightening and how approved leave changes expectations.
Preview outcomes against your configured rules and trace the inputs before a period is locked.
Connect revenue, expenses and practice results back to the operational activity behind them.
Tally does not replace Splose or Xero. It connects the operational and financial information already in those systems, applies your agreed rules, and keeps the result explainable.
Authorise Splose and Xero directly. Each connection belongs to your practice and can be disconnected.
We map the agreed treatment of billed hours, cancellations, leave, targets and bonus calculations.
We compare Tally’s output with your approved Splose reports and resolve differences before release.
Your team sees the right view for its role, with the calculation trail behind published results.
Move between four connected views using invented clinicians and figures. Nothing here connects to a practice or contains patient information.
Open the full interactive demoSee actual, projected and target performance together. Select a clinician in the full demo to inspect each calculation.
Calculations will be customised to your practice’s needs.
See approved leave and daily clinician availability without showing private absence reasons.
Review outcomes against configured rules before your practice locks the period.
Read the financial result alongside the operating measures that help explain it.
Tally is not a patient record system. It is designed to retain the minimum operational and financial facts needed for agreed practice reporting.
Read the pilot security informationApproved appointment, invoice, availability and busy-time operations.
Approved financial reports through the practice’s authorised connection.
Only allowed reporting fields continue. Patient and case identifiers are discarded, along with free text.
Each user sees the results and controls permitted for their role.
Splose API keys inherit the permissions of their linked user. Pilot setup therefore requires a dedicated least-privileged Splose user, while Tally’s connector permits only its closed catalogue of approved operations.
We are inviting a small group of Australian allied health practices using Splose and Xero. A demo is a working session, not a generic sales presentation.
Start with your work email. We’ll learn about your practice and arrange a guided walkthrough.
